Tri-state call for Rhinebeck

In community challenges, events, knitting on September 22, 2014 at 1:55 pm

Rhinebeck is fast approaching, as is Stitches East. I’m only doing one this year (and probably for the next couple years as well). For me, Rhinebeck is it.

Rhinebeck is October 18-19, 2014 at the usual location…Rhinebeck! Lol

I’m going on Sunday 10/19. Who’s going and can we shoot for a meet up?

Still no knitting yet…

In knitting, stash busting on September 16, 2014 at 8:41 pm

I am still hopeful that time will reveal itself to me so that I can begin. I will say that I decided on the slippers but opportunity to knit did not present itself.

I decided that I will once again return to my monthly Sunday meet up and knit. Sunday is literally the only day I have to myself and even then not really because I need to read and write.

I haven’t knit but I bought 2 magazines yesterday….I wasn’t too impressed with Vogue (sorry) but there were a couple designs in there I liked. Debbie Bliss is, well, Debbie Bliss! I definitely liked what she has allowed us to create and I’m both impressed and inspired.
